FOLLOW UP FROM CIVIC AFFAIRS MEETING: David Goslin discussed follow up steps from the civic affairs meeting. He recommended to the Board the following options: Option A: Could schedule a meeting in December or early January and send out materials again. Option B: Have one or more meetings with anyone in the community interested and have a vote at the regular February meeting. Option C: Hold community informational meetings for those interested and mailing out a ballot.

Discussion took place and the Board agreed to plan B. It was also agreed to post something on LakeLink as well as in the January Newsletter announcing this decision.
