Lake Barcroft Village Quarterly Membership Meeting

The Lake Barcroft Village Quarterly Membership Meeting will take place on Monday evening, September 24, starting at 7:00pm at the Mason District Governmental Center on Columbia Pike.  

 

Lake Barcroft neighbor and northern Virginia coordinator for Compassion and Choices Jud Richland gave a Village presentation in March 2017 on the subject of medical aid in dying.  On this coming Monday evening, following a short Village business meeting, Jud will provide a quick update on the continuing efforts to legalize aid in dying in Virginia.

 

Then Lake Barcroft Village members Linda Woodrow and Louise Ziebell will present a program they have developed called "Losing a Spouse."  Within the last two years, both Linda and Louise have lost their spouses and this program came about as a way to discuss a variety of issues and concerns one can face in the days and weeks following.  All community residents are invited to attend.
