Special Community Meeting

The Lake Barcroft Membership Meeting to vote on the Proposed Resolution regarding ownership of Parcel B which includes the Dam and Parcel 165 is scheduled for Wednesday, December 11th at 7 PM at Belvedere Elementary School Cafeteria.  For more information regarding this meeting and vote will mailed to you prior to the meeting date. There will also be the option to vote absentee if you cannot attend the meeting.

If you do not receive an absentee ballot by November 30th, then please contact the LBA Office to get one. All absentee ballots must be filled out completely and returned to the office postmarked no later than December 6th to be counted.  You will also be able to cast your vote in person at the meeting on December 11th. Each vote that is cast (absentee or in person) will count towards achieving a quorum, which, according to the LBA By-Laws, is 10% of the membership. A majority of the votes received is needed to pass the resolution.
