LBA is Hiring: How to Join our Lifeguarding Team this Summer

The Lake Barcroft Association is currently accepting applications for 2025 summer Water Safety positions, including swim instructors, water safety instructors, open water lifeguards and lifeguard managers.

Lifeguard tryouts and training will be conducted all day on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th beginning at 9 AM at Beach 4. Please note that all candidates must be at least 16 years old, strong swimmers and competent with basic lifeguard skills. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a swimming and skills test, including a ten minute or less 500 meter open water swim and a submerged victim recovery. Open water lifeguard training and advanced medical aid training will be provided to ALL employees. Questions regarding summer employment can be directed to Kevin Hardy at wsshardy@gmail.com.
